Vasilis Romanos was born in Athens in 1937, with roots in Paxos.\nHe worked for many years in the Greek merchant navy, and from 1975<\/strong> he traveled around the world \u2014 images and emotions that were later artistically captured on canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1995<\/strong>, he settled permanently in Paxos and devoted himself to painting. As described, he is self-taught: he studied the works of other artists, incorporating influences while maintaining his own personal style \u2014 particularly marked by strong geometric forms inspired by cubism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
